Catherine Moroney

Catherine is a highly experienced financial services director.
In her last executive role, she was Head of Business Banking Markets for AIB Bank and Chair of AIB Corporate Finance. Prior to this, she held roles including Regional Director, Head of Personal Banking, Head of Personal & Business Strategy and Director of Corporate Banking.
Catherine was President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and 2021. She was also a Member of the Advisory Board at the DCU National Centre for Family Business. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award and the ‘Woman of the Decade in Financial Services’ award from WEF (Women Economic Forum, Worldwide) in 2020 and 2018 respectively.

Tom is EVP & Chief Commercial Officer at TLC Associates based in Miami, Florida.
He has worked in the Business Process Outsourcing sector for over 25 years and has worked with many clients from financial services. Prior to this, Tom was Director of Credit Operations with American Express.
Tom is widely recognised as a strategic thought leader with proven capabilities for managing high-value, executive and board-level, strategic and corporate development ambitions. He has in-depth experience in call centre operations, business development, contract negotiation, e-commerce, social media, telesales, credit and collections strategies, system conversions, acquisition/joint venture, entry/exit strategies, and other planning initiatives.
Tom has worked all over the world and has a strong appreciation and understanding of cultural nuances and a proven ability to build relationships that last a lifetime.
